Walk Rules
Civilian Rules

All participants must wear footwear.

Teams representing an organization such as police or fire units may wear their respective uniforms. Uniform fabric should be appropriate for the walk.

It is recommended each participant carry at least one bottle of water with them along the route at all times.

Pioneering poles and hiking poles may be used while walking.

Absolutely no strollers, or children under the age of 14.

Participants should respect the trail and conjoining private properties .

No fireworks, alcohol, or firearms are allowed in the walk.
Military and Retiree Rules

Military members will wear BDUs, ACUs or their service equivalent uniform. Non-standard T-shirts may be worn in place of the regulation T-shirts.

Retired Military members can choose to wear their service uniforms or choose to wear civilian clothes.

Military participants will be in full uniform during the walk.

Boots may not be exchanged for any other footgear along the route.

Pioneering poles and hiking sticks are not authorized in any Military registration

Participants should respect the trail and conjoining private properties .

No fireworks, alcohol, or firearms are allowed in the walk.
